At Balance Fitness Studio, we take a functional approach to fitness. Our Personal Training is just that. We focus not only on helping you get strong, but increasing joint mobility, stability, and flexibility, too. We offer individual, partner and small group training. We will work with you to create a program that fits your needs from athletic performance to injury rehabilitation.

Personal Training
Work one-on-one with a trainer in sessions customized to help you reach your fitness goals with emphasis on exercises to balance muscle tension, improve posture, and increase strength.

Boxing/Kickboxing Instruction
Learn boxing and/or kickboxing in the Thai tradition! These private lessons are conducted with a black belt instructor in kickboxing. Each lesson will include skills and conditioning that build upon your individual fitness level. All levels are welcome!
