Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body. It is a gentle technique that has profound effects in restoring balance to the nervous system and the energetic map which underlies our everyday health and well being. Since the treatment deals with the entire body, it can improve any ailment or symptom stemming from a physiological, energetic, or emotional level. The treatment is done with the client lying on a massage table, fully dressed, in a quiet meditative space.

Sweating in an infrared sauna is very effective in reducing toxins and heavy metals. Far infrared saunas have a comfortable temperature usually in the 115–140°F range (versus 180–210°F in a conventional sauna) but you sweat two to three times as much. The far infrared heat also penetrates 1.5 inches below the skin, mobilizing deep seated toxins and easing muscle soreness. Sweating through your skin will allow you to reduce your toxic load while taking the stress off of your liver and kidneys. Sessions are done wearing clothing you are comfortable sweating in.

Thoughts - Learn techniques to discover your goals and how to achieve them, the value in living presently, and skills to balance your chakras and yin and yang energies.
Breathing - Learn the proper mechanics of breathing and the importance of it. Discover breathing techniques to reduce pain, increase concentration, and decrease stress.
Sleep - Learn the effects of limited sleep and techniques to improve your sleep quality without even increasing the quantity.
Nutrition - Learn techniques to heal your gut, reduce inflammation, remove toxins and increase nutrient absorption.
Hydration - Learn the effects of dehydration and techniques to improve your hydration by more than simply sipping H2O.

Myokinesthetic (MYK) System Treatments
This is a gentle, but effective movement technique that addresses chronic pain by identifying and correcting dysfunction in the nervous system. After identifying which nerve(s) is dysfunctional and contributing to the chronic problem, we can reduce muscular and connective tissue spasms, decrease pain, increase range of motion, and allow the body to maintain a more balanced state through movement and stimulation of all the muscles the dysfunctional nerve controls.
