Honing Your Intuition

Some say it's a sixth sense. Some say it's a gut instinct. Others say we have nothing more than our five senses.
We all have intuition. We can all increase our connection to it. Learn skills to hone your intuition and spend less time in question and contemplation and more time in ease and enjoyment.
We'll explore connections with your movement, nutrition, hydration, sleeping, thoughts, and breathing. Through this you will learn ways to increase your awareness of yourself and increase your expression of what aligns with your instincts.
In the extended version, we will cover ways to reduce stress to your nervous system which will aid in increasing overall health including mental clarity and immune support. 90-Minute Session

21 Day Online Group Meditation Experience- Amplify Your Awesome!
I've been making a strong effort to put intention into each thing I do. I don't always remember, but when I do it really is amazing. I've experienced how my intention is amplified when someone else is supporting it. I hope to share this experience with all of you.
My intention is to cultivate community and support through that collective energy. At the end of each meditation, I ask you to take a moment to pause and wish everyone else in the group intention toward the specific prompt.
For our 21 Day Meditation Experience, I will provide you with questions to reflect and write about after your meditation. I'm sticking with sevens - there are seven primary chakras so we'll practice seven minutes of meditation each day. The journaling will take you anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your daily commitment can happen any time that is convenient for you each day. 21 Days | Approximately 15 minutes each day
